Isobeage - Isobeage
A deep-fried food that uses seaweed as a batter. Ingredients such as oysters , small fish, horse mackerel, and fish paste are coated with flour, egg white, and dried seaweed in that order and then deep-fried. Ingredients can also be wrapped in seaweed and deep-fried plain or with a light batter.

のりを衣に用いた揚げ物。牡蠣(かき)、小柱、小あじ、ちくわなどの練り物などの材料に、小麦粉・卵白・もみのりの順につけて揚げる。材料をのりで巻き、素揚げまたは薄衣をつけて揚げるものもある。
