It is also called Tokuzo Manor and can be read as "Tokukura". The relic name is thought to be Tokuro, a small village in Senkoji-cho, Kanazawa City, near the west bank of the mouth of the Sai River. In 1089, Kaga no Kami Fujiwara Iemichi ordered his guardian to donate Tokuzoho, which was part of Ono-go, Kaga County, Kaga Province, as a manor for Daigo-ji Temple in Yamashiro. Tokuzoho had been developed under the supervision of Ken'en of Daigo-ji Temple as compensation for Takaba-sho and Jita-sho, which had been in decline since the spring of the previous year. From then until the Nanboku-cho period, Risho-in, who inherited the lineage of Ken'en and was the territory of Juntei-do of Daigo-ji Temple, inherited the position of lord. After the Jōkyū War, Sakon no Shogen Norihira was appointed as the land steward, but was dismissed within six months. In 1110, the area consisted of 50 cho of land, and 50 cho of uncropped fields. Between 1405 and 1408, it was made an annex of the Rinsenji temple estate of Ono-sho, and the tax for the 1495 portion was just over 21 koku, so the area had become quite small.

得蔵荘とも称し，〈とくくら〉ともよむ。犀(さい)川河口西岸に近い金沢市専光寺(せんこうじ)町の小字戸畔(とくろ)が遺称地とみられる。1089年，加賀守藤原家通は加賀国加賀郡大野郷の一部であった徳蔵保を山城醍醐(だいご)寺の荘園として寄進するよう留守所(るすどころ)に命じている。徳蔵保は前年春以来衰微した加賀国高羽荘・治田荘の代償として醍醐寺賢円が保司となって開発されてきたものであった。以後南北朝期まで醍醐寺准胝(じゅんてい)堂領で賢円の法脈を継承する理性(りしょう)院が領家職を伝領した。承久の乱後左近将監則平が地頭に補任されたが，半年足らずで罷免された。1110年当時は本田50町，不作田代50町の規模であった。1405年から1408年の間に臨川(りんせん)寺領大野荘の付属所領とされ，1495年の得蔵分の年貢は21石余で，規模はかなり小さくなっていた。
