...Body color varies, and those that live on the reefs of the open ocean have light and dark brown and chestnut markings and are commonly called Akako. Those that live on the sandy and muddy bottoms of inland bays and are dark blue-green to black are called Aoko, and those that are extremely black are called Kuroko. On the back and sides, there are about six vertical rows of large and small cone-shaped warts.
