Liṅgarāja (English spelling) Lingaraja

...The Mukteśvara Temple from the middle period (900-1100) is a harmonious structure with superb decorative carvings on the exterior walls. The Liṅgarāja Temple from around 1000 is said to be the quintessence of Orissa architecture, with its magnificent main hall standing 45m high and the statues decorating the exterior walls having natural, soft features. The Rājarāni Temple from the later period (1100-1250) is closer in both architectural form and sculptural style to those at Khajurāho.
