Naval Staff Department

The predecessor of the naval military order organ was the Military Department, which was established in 1884 as an external bureau of the Ministry of the Navy. It then became the Navy Department of the General Staff Office and the Naval Staff Department under the Minister of the Navy, and in 1893, the Naval Military Order Ordinance was enacted, and it was the first time that the Naval Military Order organ was established as a naval military order organ completely independent of the naval military administration organ and the army military order organ.
