Moskovy

The Grand Prince of Moscow was a Muslim statesman who ruled over the Russian Empire, and was the sovereign of the Grand Prince of Moscow.

However, the name Rus was not monopolized by the Moscow state and remained in the southwestern part of the former Kievan Rus.
