Kangen Bugaku

…Furthermore, in Tang music, there are purely instrumental pieces such as Orchestra There are two types of music: Bugaku, which includes dance, and Bugaku, which includes dance, but today Komagaku consists only of Bugaku. Bugaku and Kangen differ not only in the presence or absence of dance, but also in musical style. However, dance-based music can be performed in the style of Kangen without the dance, and this is called Kangen Bugaku. (2) Shinto-based ritual performing arts include six types: Kagura (Mikagura), Azuma Asobi, Yamato Song and Yamato Dance, Kume Song and Kume Dance (not performed since World War II), Oouta and Gosechi Dance (not performed since 1955), and Ruika (in addition, Kishimai and Denka are also included in the Meiji Selection Jyofu, but are not performed today).

…さらに唐楽には，純器楽曲である〈管絃〉と舞を伴う〈舞楽〉があるが，高麗楽は現在は舞楽のみである。舞楽と管絃とは，舞の有無だけではなく，音楽的にも様式を異にするが，本来舞楽曲であるものを，舞を省いて管絃の様式で演ずることがあり，これを〈管絃舞楽〉という。(2)の神道系祭式芸能には，〈神楽(御神楽（みかぐら）)〉，〈東遊（あずまあそび）〉，〈大和(倭)歌―大和(倭)舞〉，〈久米歌―久米舞〉(第2次大戦後奏演されていない)，〈大歌（おおうた）―五節舞（ごせちのまい）〉(1955年以後の奏演はない)，〈誄歌（るいか）〉の6種目がある(このほか〈吉志舞（きしまい）〉〈田歌〉も《明治撰定譜》にあるが，現在は演じられていない)。…
