Annual Events of Ononomiya - Ononomiya Annual Events

Japanese: 小野宮年中行事 - おののみやねんじゅうぎょうじ

This book explains the ceremonial etiquette for annual events of the Fujiwara clan's Ononomiya school, and also records matters related to court etiquette. It is one volume. The author is Fujiwara no Sanesuke. Brothers Saneyori (Sanesuke's foster father) and Morosuke established court etiquette for the Ononomiya and Kujo schools, respectively, under the orders of their father, Tadahira. As Saneyori did not write any books on events other than his diary, Seishinkoki (Suishinki), it is this book by Sanesuke that completes Saneyori's ceremonies as the Ononomiya school. It quotes many diaries and other documents, including the Kōninshiki and Jōganshiki, but many of these documents have been lost and are no longer available.

藤原氏小野宮流の年中行事の儀式作法を説明し，有職関係のことなどをあわせ記した書物。1巻。著者は藤原実資。実頼(実資の養父)と師輔の兄弟は，父忠平の教命を受けて，それぞれ小野宮流，九条流の有職を確立した。実頼は日記《清慎公記(水心記)》以外にとくに行事に関する書物は作らなかったため，実頼の儀礼を小野宮流として完成させたのは実資の本書である。《弘仁式》《貞観式》をはじめ，多くの日記類等を引用するが，そのなかには現在散逸して伝わらぬ書も少なくない。
