Giuseppe del Gesù (English spelling)

...It is said that Guarneri's son, Giuseppe Battista (unknown), who made the Guarneri name immortal. He is a master craftsman on a par with A. Stradivari, and is commonly known as "Giuseppe del Gesù" due to the JHS symbol written on the product label (JHS and Gesù stand for Jesus Christ).
