Fredegunde

…She was also called Brunichilde. Her sister, Garswind, became the wife of Hilperich, King of Neustria, but was assassinated by her concubine Fredegunde (c. 550-597). The conflict between Fredegunde, who became queen, and Brunhilde became the cause of unrest.
