A hot spring on the banks of the Katashina River in Tone Village, Tone District, Gunma Prefecture (now Numata City). Simple hydrogen sulfide spring, 42-55°C. There has been a hot spring resort here since the Edo period, and it was said to be effective against sexually transmitted diseases, and was called "Beriberi Kawaba Ni Kasa Okami."
