A type of tax collection method from the Edo period, in which the amount of tax was determined by multiplying the rice yield determined by land survey by the tax rate (how many taxes, how many bu, how many rin) was called ritsu-tsuke, ritsu-wari, or mentsu-tsuke, collecting annual taxes using this tax collection method was called ritsu-tori or ritsu-tsuketori, and the ledger that recorded the annual ritsu-tsuke for each village was called ritsu-cho. 厘付取ともいう。また釐取,釐付取とも書き,〈りつけどり〉とも読み,高取ということもあった。江戸時代の徴租法の一種で,検地により定まった石高に租率(免幾つ何分何厘)を乗じて租額を決定することを厘付,厘割あるいは免付,この徴租法で年貢を徴することを厘取または厘付取,村別に年々の厘付を記した帳簿を厘付帳といった。関東に多い反取(たんとり)法に対して,厘取法は関西で多く行われた。【松尾 寿】
