A type of radiation exposure measurement device. An electrometer made of thin fibers is built into a fountain pen-shaped cylinder. A voltage is applied to the fibers in advance, and the fiber is displaced due to discharge caused by ions produced by radiation. Before digital electronic dosimeters using semiconductor detectors became widespread, they were mainly used as personal dosimeters for work management.
