Kiyama Shrine

Japanese: 木山神社 - きやまじんじゃ
Kiyama Shrine

...It was the upper limit of Asahikawa shipping by Takasebune boats, and developed as a river port during the Edo period. It is also a temple town of Kiyama Shrine and Kiyama Temple, known for its Eyo (naked festival). Even today, it is a transportation hub with the Ochiai Interchange on the Chugoku Expressway, National Route 313, and the JR Kishin Line passing through it.
