Complete Law Book - Horeizensho
A collection of laws published by the government. Edited and published by the National Printing Bureau. It is supposed to include constitutional amendments, certificates, treaties, laws, orders, notices, etc. published in the Official Gazette during that month (Order on the Publication of the Official Gazette, Complete Book of Laws, Official Directory, etc. 5). The first issue was the "January 18th Year of the Meiji Era" published by the Dajokan Document Bureau in 1885. After that, issues were compiled from the proclamation announcing the return of power to the Emperor by Tokugawa Yoshinobu on October 15, 1867 (Keio 3) to the end of 1884, and have been continued to the present day.
