A powerful clan that appears in the Kojiki and Nihonshoki. Son of Takeuchi no Sukune. Said to be the ancestor of the Heguri clan. Born on the same day as Emperor Nintoku. He was active in diplomacy, having been sent to Baekje (Korea) and Kara (Korea), and is said to have helped Emperor Richu in the struggle for the succession to the throne after Emperor Nintoku's death.
