Partitioned land ownership - Parzelleneigentum [Germany]

Japanese: 分割地所有 - ぶんかつちしょゆう（英語表記）Parzelleneigentum[ドイツ]

This refers to the free ownership of small plots of land by self-employed peasants, that is, self-cultivating land ownership. The word Parzelle itself only means "small pieces of land," and Parzellenbesitzer means "owners of scattered plots of land" or "cottage farmers" in open farmland. However, as can be seen from the fact that parzellieren means "to divide" or "to sell" land, "split land ownership" is usually used to refer to peasant land ownership resulting from the dissolution of feudal land ownership.

自営農民の自由な小土地所有，つまり自作農的土地所有のこと。Parzelleという言葉自体には〈小地片〉という意味しかないし，Parzellenbesitzerといえば開放耕地内の〈分散地条の保有者〉や〈小屋住農〉を意味する。しかし，parzellierenといえば土地を〈分割する〉ないし〈分譲する〉を意味することからもわかるように，〈分割地所有〉は，通常は封建的土地所有の解体から生じる農民的土地所有を指す言葉として使われる。
