〘 noun 〙 (from blancmanger) A confectionery made by cooling and solidifying milk or cream flavored with almonds with gelatin or cornstarch. ※Food Delights - Autumn (1903)〈Murai Gensai〉 224 "Blancmanger should be called kudzu mochi made with milk."
