Electricity

Japanese: 田使 - でんし
Electricity
In ancient times, they were officials sent from the central government to various provinces to check the records of tax ledgers against the rice fields and miscellaneous items, and to correct any errors made by the provincial governors. The Todaiji documents include a message from the Echizen rice field official in 758.
