…Aspect is a grammatical category of verbs, and refers to the categorization of verbs according to how the action or process expressed by the verb is perceived, and the morphological changes based on this distinction. Depending on whether an action or process is perceived as a single, point-like entity as a whole, or whether attention is paid to one of the various aspects of its internal development, the perfect, momentary, progressive, continuous, habitual, action, and final aspects are distinguished.
