A hot spring in Kuroishi City, Aomori Prefecture. Located southeast of the city along the Aseishi River, it forms part of the Nishi Towada Onsenkyo hot spring area along with other hot springs such as Ochiai, Itadome, and Nurukawa. It has been in use since the 16th century, and was frequently visited by the lord of Hirosaki during the Edo period. A weak saline spring. 52°C. A tourist base and summer resort for Lake Towada.
