A work diary of a group of Tang tutelage in Nagasaki. Ten manuscript volumes. The entries span the years from 1663 (Kanbun 3) to 1715 (Shotoku 5). However, the second volume is missing. The Tang tutelage office was established in 1751 (Horeki 1), and prior to that the home of the annual Tang chief tutelage was used as the office. The contents include trade with Chinese ships, the movements of Chinese people in Nagasaki, relations with Dutch interpreters, and general information related to Nagasaki. The entries relating to negotiations with the Nagasaki magistrate are particularly detailed. Included in the "Dai Nippon Kinsei Shiryo."
