This miscellaneous record was written daily from January 1763 (13th year of the Horeki era) onwards as a reference for his descendants when studying old books, and also as a resource when people asked about traditional customs. After Sadatake's death, his disciples revised and published it. Written following the tradition of the Ise family, a court noble family, it covers a wide range of related matters, provides explanations and research, and includes illustrations, showing the broad scope of traditional customs of the samurai class and establishing the study of traditional customs. It is such an important book that later generations have tried to resolve doubts mainly through this book. It is included in the "Zo-Tei Kojitsu Sosho."
