A book about the transition of Chinese institutions and the relationship between Chinese and Japanese institutions. 13 volumes. Written by Ito Togai, a Confucian scholar in the mid-Edo period. There is a preface from 1724, but it was published in 1797. It does not discuss Japanese institutions after the imperial dynasty, but the description is factual and accurate. 中国の制度の変遷，中国と日本の制度の関係について述べた書。 13巻。江戸時代中期の儒者，伊藤東涯の著。享保9 (1724) 年の自序があるが，寛政9 (97) 年刊行。日本の制度については王朝以降には論及していないが，記述は実証的で正確である。
