Born in 1867. Lived in Onden, Shibuya, Tokyo, and gathered followers through prayer and prophecy. Trusted by Ito Hirobumi, Kiyoura Keigo, Shimoda Utako and others, he even influenced the Imperial family and was called the Japanese Rasputin, but he was involved in a fraud case in 1925 and fell from grace.
