Xiaoyingzi Ruins - Xiaoyingzi Ruins (English name)

Japanese: 小営子遺跡 - しょうえいしいせき（英語表記）Xiao-ying-zi

A Stone Age site located in Xiaoyingzi, Yanji County, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Region, Jilin Province, China. Excavations were conducted by Japanese researchers from 1937 to 1939. Hundreds of stone coffin tombs were discovered at the site of dwellings on top of a hill and at the foot of the steep mountain slope. The stone coffins were made of limestone, and grave goods unearthed included jewels such as jade and shell rings, as well as stone tools such as pottery, stone arrowheads, stone spears, and stone blades. The same stone tools as those found in the cemetery and thick plain pottery were also excavated at the site of the dwellings.

中国吉林省延辺朝鮮族自治区延吉県小営子にある石器時代の遺跡。日本人の手によって 1937～39年に発掘調査された。丘陵上に続く住居址と急斜面の山麓に数百の石棺墓が発見された。石棺は石灰岩でつくられ，副葬品としては玉類，貝輪などの装身具と土器，石鏃，石槍，石刃などの石器が出土した。住居址には墓地と同じ石器や無文厚手土器が出土している。
