Preparatory Procedures - Preparatory Procedures (English)
A procedure (Rules of Civil Procedure, Rules of Criminal Procedure) conducted primarily for the purpose of organizing the issues and evidence in order to conduct oral arguments or trial proceedings promptly and continuously. It is conducted when the court deems it necessary in complex cases. In criminal proceedings, it is not permitted to conduct it before the first trial date in order to eliminate prejudice.
