A politician of the Ryukyu Kingdom. Commonly known as Jana Uekata Rizan, Zheng Chao was his Chinese name. Born into a distinguished family of Chinese immigrants to Ryukyu, he studied at the Imperial College and then became one of the three officials, the highest position in the royal court. He advocated a hard-line stance in diplomacy with Japan, and when the kingdom was conquered in 1609 by the Shimazu Invasion (conquest of Ryukyu), he was taken to Kagoshima along with King Shō Nei. However, he was the only one who refused to sign the Satsuma government policy, and submitted to Satsuma's beheading while maintaining the kingdom's honor.

琉球王国の政治家。一般に謝名親方利山（じやなうえかたりざん）の名で知られ，鄭迵は中国名。琉球に移住した中国人の名家に生まれ，国子監に留学したあと王府最高のポストである三司官に就任した。対日本外交の上で強硬論を唱え，1609年の島津侵入事件(琉球征服)により王国が征服されるや国王尚寧とともに鹿児島に連行された。だが，薩摩の統治方針に署名することをただ一人拒否，王国の名誉を固持したまま薩摩の斬首刑に従った。
