Also known as the Ougo no Kakocho (Records of Ancient Times). A folding book consisting of two volumes, one for monks and one for nuns. It records the posthumous names of the deceased, passed down by successive Yugyo monks of the Ji sect. It begins with an article from 1279 (Kōan 2) under the second monk, Taa Shinkyo, and ends with an article from 1563 (Eiroku 6) under the 30th monk, Taa Yuzo. It is an important resource for learning about the activities, organization, and regional development of the Ji sect. Owned by Seijōkō-ji Temple in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture. 《往古過去帳(おうごのかこちよう)》ともいう。折本で,僧衆,尼衆の部の2冊から成る。時宗教団の代々の遊行上人によって書き継がれた死者の法名を記したもの。2代他阿真教の1279年(弘安2)の記事から始まり,30代他阿有三の1563年(永禄6)で終わる。時宗教団の活動や組織,地域的展開などを知るうえでの重要資料である。神奈川県藤沢市の清浄光寺の所蔵。重要文化財。【今井 雅晴】
