A national park in northern Virginia, USA. It covers an area of ​​788 square kilometers. It was established in 1935. It stretches for about 130 kilometers along the Blue Ridge Mountains, which belong to the Appalachian Mountains. The name of the park means "daughter of the stars" in Indian. It offers a rich variety of landscapes, with numerous canyons including the Shenandoah Canyon, rolling mountains and hills, and many streams and waterfalls. As it is a region with a lot of rain, the forests are deep and oaks, maples, birches, and walnuts grow.
