The diary of Ogimachi Sanjo Sanemune (1264-?). It is also called Senjinki or Gurinki, and Kankyuuki, a name derived from part of his name (Sanemune). A total of 74 volumes, including 71 volumes of diary entries (both clean copies and manuscripts) covering the period from January 1283 (Kōan 6) to September 1307 (Tokuji 2), 1 volume of Shin Hiyoshi Horse Racing Magistrate's Record, 1 volume of ancient documents, and 1 volume of diary fragments, have been handed down to the Sanjonishi family in their original handwriting, of which 23 volumes are kept in the Sonkeikaku Library and 51 volumes in the Takeda Chobei Library, but the Takeda version is said to have been burned. Sanemune was appointed Kurodo no To in 1295 (Einin 3), and became Gon Dainagon in 1316 (Showa 5). The following year he became a monk and took the post of Jitsuen. His year of death is unknown. The extensive diary conveys the delicate movements within the Imperial Court and between the Imperial Court and the Shogunate, making it an important historical document from the late Kamakura period. In addition, the back of the original diary contains many documents and records related to Sanemune, including imperial edicts and official orders from the regents and the family of regents, making it a valuable historical document.
