A ruler of the Kara-Khanid dynasty. The protagonist of the legend of the conversion of the Turks of Central Asia to Islam (the legend of Satuk Bogra Khan). According to legend, Prince Satuk of the Kara-Khanid dynasty embraced Islam as a boy, and at the age of 25, he led a group of Muslim warriors, centered around 50 subordinates he had converted himself, and conquered the pagan land of Kashgar, one of the capitals of the Kara-Khanid dynasty, and established an Islamic government there, promoting the conversion of the nomadic Turks to Islam.
