A Chinese official of the Later Han Dynasty. Born in Anping, Jizhou (Shen County, Hebei Province). His pen name was Zizhen. He was the grandson of Cui Yin. In the mid-2nd century, he served the great general Liang Ji and became the governor of Wuyuan, but was ousted when Liang Ji was executed. He later became the Minister of State and died during the Jianning period (168-172). He was well versed in the affairs of the northern border region and wrote the treatise "Politics" on politics. He also wrote the famous agricultural treatise "The Four People's Monthly Orders." 中国,後漢の官僚。冀州安平 (河北省深県) の人。字は子真。崔いんの孫。2世紀中頃,大将軍梁冀に仕え,五原太守となったが,梁冀の誅滅で失脚,のち尚書となり,建寧年間 (168~172) に没した。北部辺境地帯の事情に精通し,『政論』を著わして政治を論じた。また名高い農書『四民月令』がある。
