Aona - Aona

...The name "kue" was originally used in Kochi Prefecture, Osaka Prefecture, and Wakayama Prefecture, and is called "kuemasu" in Nikijima, Mie Prefecture, "kyomodori" in Wakayama Prefecture, and "ara" in Shimonoseki. In Kochi Prefecture, juveniles of this species are called "aona" or "igisu." It is one of the larger groupers, reaching a total length of 80 cm.
