Abbreviation for Coordinating Committee for Export Control. Established in 1949 as a subordinate organization of the Coordinating Committee for Export Control (CG), an export control organization for communist countries established under the guidance of the United States. Although it is an unofficial organization, it creates a list of embargoed goods (commonly known as the Paris List), mainly focusing on strategic materials, and recommends trade controls based on that list. In 1957, it merged with CHINCOM. With the end of the Cold War, deregulation took place, and in 1991, a list consisting of nine fields was decided. It is limited to semiconductors, computers, new materials, etc. Headquartered in Paris. 17 member countries. Japan joined in 1952. 対共産圏輸出統制委員会Coordinating Committee for Export Controlの略称。米国の指導下に作られた対共産圏輸出統制機構である政策委員会（CG）の下部機構として1949年設立。非公式機関であるが戦略物資を中心とする禁輸品リスト（通称パリ・リスト）作成およびそれに基づく貿易統制の勧告を行う。1957年CHINCOM(チンコム)を統合。冷戦終結により規制緩和が行われ，1991年に９分野からなるリストを決定。半導体，コンピューター，新素材などに限っている。本部はパリ。加盟国17。日本は1952年加盟。1994年３月に解散した。→ワッセナー協約
