Fish-eye grass

Japanese: 魚眼草 - ぎょがんそう
Fish-eye grass

...There are many bisexual flowers in the center, and the corolla is thick and tubular, and pale yellow. In China, this species is called "fish eye grass", probably because the flower head resembles a fish's eye. It grows in tropical and subtropical regions, and is widely distributed from Shikoku, Kyushu, Hachijo Island, and Ryukyu to central and southern China, Southeast Asia, India, and Africa.
