Administrative litigation is a legal proceeding aimed at canceling or changing illegal administrative actions, or at legal relations under public law. There are three types of lawsuits: appeal lawsuits, party lawsuits, public lawsuits, and agency lawsuits. Unlike ordinary civil cases, the Administrative Litigation Act applies, and the courts have the power to investigate evidence at their own discretion.
