...The two central tail feathers are long and pointed. There are three types of forehead and face: black, red, and yellow. They are called the black finch, the red finch, and the yellow finch, respectively. However, it is said that these are genetic mutations, and that the three types can occur in one litter. However, the black type outnumbers the red type by about 3:1, and the yellow type is rare.
