Hanging (cocoon) - Hanging

…It is a multiplier used to calculate the price in the buying and selling of cocoons. It is also simply called kaku. This is a display method devised because the same weight of raw silk is not necessarily obtained from the same weight of cocoons depending on the silkworm species, etc., and it shows the price in yen of raw cocoons needed to make 1 kg of raw silk.
