A Japanese communist theory magazine (monthly magazine) before the war. It was published by Hakuyosha in June 1930. It mainly consisted of translations from a German magazine of the same name. Then, in September of the same year, a Russian edition was launched by Tetsuto Shoin, edited by the Institute of Proletarian Science (Proka). From October of the following year, editing was consolidated into Proka and publishing by Hakuyosha, and until it was discontinued in 1933, it contributed to the analysis of the international situation in Germany and the Soviet Union and the introduction of philosophical debates. A magazine of the same name was also published by Iskrakaku. The magazine Under the Banner of Marxism (May-December 1926) was a personal magazine published by Fukumoto Kazuo.
