〘Noun〙 A type of Chinese poetry. In tandem poetry, it does not follow the rules of tone, rhythm , etc. It is an unconventional style of poetry. ※Shikawa Iriumi (before the 17th century) 7 "The three styles of poetry are all like this." [Bunsetsu-bentai - regulated poetry]

Ou-tai au‥ [Yotai]

〘 noun 〙 A type of Chinese poetry. A ritsu or zekku that breaks the rules of a set rhythm and uses strange phrases. ※Shikawa Iriumi (before the 17th century) 17 "The ritsu of the three forms of poetry is like this" [Introduction to the dialectic of writing - ritsu shi]
