LT Trade Memorandum - LT Trade Memorandum

After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he played an active role in charge of relations with Japan and overseas Chinese operations. In 1987, he signed the "LT Trade Memorandum" with Tatsunosuke Takasaki, contributing to the ties between Japan and China. As the chairman of the China-Japan Friendship Association, he had deep ties of acquaintance and friendship with the Japanese.
