Phenomenal disorder

...This object is called a fetish, and by acquiring, touching, or possessing a fetish, a person can achieve greater sexual satisfaction and excitement than through normal sexual intercourse. In Japanese, the term has been translated as nymphomaniac, object love, nymphomaniac, or fetish worship, but these terms are not considered appropriate and the original language is used today. In normal sexual love, the body of a loved one or a part of it may become the object of special attachment, but fetishism as a sexual perversion is when that part is separated from the original object and gains overwhelming dominance over the whole.
