Japanese: 勝相撲浮名花触 - かちずもううきなのはなぶれ

Kabuki kyogen. Sewamono. 4 acts. Written by Tsuruya Nanboku IV. First performed at Edo Ichimuraza in March 1810 (Bunka 7). The cast includes Bando Mitsugoro III as Shirafuji Genta, Iwai Hanshiro V as O-Toshi, Ichikawa Danjūrō VII as Katsujiro, and Matsumoto Koshiro V as Gonsuke. The play is a rewrite of O-Toshi Denbei with Shirafuji Genta added, and a new story about the murder of the geta clog in Honjo has been added. Sumo wrestler Shirafuji Genta and geisha O-Toshi place their son Kanematsu, born to them, in the care of geta clog clog holder Gonsuke. Gonsuke puts Kanematsu in his suitcase and goes out to do business.

歌舞伎狂言。世話物。4幕。4世鶴屋南北作。1810年(文化7)3月江戸市村座初演。白藤源太を3世坂東三津五郎，お俊を5世岩井半四郎，勝次郎を7世市川団十郎，権助を5世松本幸四郎という配役。〈お俊伝兵衛〉に〈白藤源太〉を加えたものの書替で，新たに本所の下駄の歯入れ殺し事件を採り入れた。力士白藤源太と芸者お俊は，二人の間にできた子兼松を，下駄の歯入れ権助へ里子に出した。権助は兼松を荷の中に入れて商売に出ている。
