Intentional Absence - Intentional Absence

... refers to a situation in which a worker is absent from work on a scheduled work day, in a large number and continuously, without permission or for reasons that are not recognized as legitimate. It is translated as planned absence or intentional absence. In addition, such an absentee is an absentee.
