One notable example was the lord of Obi Domain in Hyuga Province during the Edo period. In the Hyuga Province Map of Fields from 1197 (Kenkyu 8), the late Isamu Fujiwara Emon-no-jo is listed as the land steward of about 750 cho of Usamiya-ryo Kensho, Tomita-sho, Tajima-sho, and Morogata-sho, and is thought to be Kudo Suketsune's surviving son, Ito Suketoki.
