One person - Ichinohito
The person with the highest authority. It can also be called the Minister of the Left (who holds the Imperial decree) or the Grand Minister of State, but it mainly refers to the Regent or Chancellor. It is called this because it is the case that the Imperial decree that allows the person to take the top position is given. After the mid-Kamakura period, it also refers to the head of the five regent families and their direct blood relatives.
