Isa - Isa
A city in the northern part of Kagoshima Prefecture. Rice farming and the traditional industry of shochu brewing are thriving. There were gold and silver mines. Established in 2008 by the merger of Oguchi City and Hishikari Town. Population 29,000 (2010).
