Tzintzuntzan (English spelling)
A city in the state of Michoacan in central-western Mexico. It is located on the northeastern shore of Lake Pátzcuaro. It was the capital of the Tarasco Kingdom before the Spanish conquest, and the base of a pyramid still remains today.
