al-Qasmiya (English spelling)

…the river flows through southern Lebanon. It is also called the Qasmiyah River, and was formerly called the Leontes River. It originates near Baalbek in the Bekaa Plateau, flows southward, then westward, and empties into the Mediterranean Sea near Sur.
